1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Beeking, which integrates an AI-powered search with your e-commerce store, you accept these terms of use.

If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

Beeking is a product synchronization service for WooCommerce and an advanced AI search engine for rapid product discovery.

The service automatically fetches product data including titles, descriptions, prices, and images to provide comprehensive indexing.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Beeking, you must create an account and provide authentication credentials for your WooCommerce store.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Service Usage

4.1 User Rights and Obligations

Users must provide accurate product data and comply with intellectual property laws.

4.2 Product Synchronization Rules

Product synchronization occurs automatically or manually upon request by the store administrator or the Beeking team. Users confirm rights to process product data.

4.3 Search Usage Rules

The service may only be used for lawful purposes. Heavy API requests are prohibited.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Prices are subject to change for the next billing period with prior notice.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund by contacting us at refund@beeking.io.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Beeking and all materials, algorithms, and documentation are owned by Beeking and protected by copyright.

7. Liability and Limitation of Liability

Beeking is not liable for synchronization errors or outdated product data.

The service is provided "as is" and Beeking does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Beeking processes personal data on behalf of Shoper and WooCommerce store owners in accordance with GDPR Art. 28.

8.1 Definitions

Controller: Owner of the Shoper or WooCommerce store. Processor: Beeking. Personal Data: All data that can identify a person (administrator email, login data, product data).

8.2 Purpose of Processing

Beeking processes data solely for: product catalog synchronization, AI search indexing, search service provision, algorithm improvement (in anonymized form). Processing lasts for the contract period plus 30 days after termination.

8.3 Beeking's Obligations

Beeking processes data only on controller's instructions. Data will NOT be used for Beeking's marketing or shared with third parties without controller's consent (exception: sub-processors listed at beeking.io/subprocessors).

8.4 Sub-processing

Beeking may use sub-processors (AWS, Cloudflare, etc.). List available at beeking.io/subprocessors. Controller has the right to object to new sub-processors within 30 days. In case of justified objection, controller may terminate agreement without penalty.

8.5 Controller Support

Beeking supports controller in fulfilling GDPR obligations: responding to Subject Access Requests (SAR), deleting data on request, correcting erroneous data. Response time: 7 business days.

8.6 Data Deletion

After contract termination, Beeking within 30 days deletes or returns all controller's personal data in standard format (JSON/CSV) and provides deletion/return certificate.

8.7 Controller's Obligations

Controller commits to: having authorization to process data, ensuring data legal compliance, not including sensitive data (social security numbers, birth dates) without explicit Beeking consent.

9. Data Breach Notification (GDPR Art. 33)

9.1 Detection and Notification

In case of personal data breach, Beeking notifies controller without undue delay, within 24 hours of detection. Notification includes: breach description, categories and approximate number of affected persons, possible consequences, remedial actions taken, responsible contact person.

9.2 Supervisory Authority Notification

If breach poses risk to persons' rights, Beeking supports controller in notifying the supervisory authority within 72 hours per GDPR Art. 33.

9.3 Documentation

Beeking documents all incidents: discovery date and time, description, actions taken, communication with authorities. Report available to controller on request.

10. Security and Compliance

10.1 Infrastructure

Data stored on AWS servers in Europe (Frankfurt, Germany) and OVH in Warsaw. All data remains within EU boundaries.

10.2 Encryption

Encryption at rest: AES-256 for all data. Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3 for all communications.

10.3 Vulnerability Reporting

Security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@beeking.io. Response within 48 hours. Beeking will not disclose reporter without consent.

11. Changes to Service and Terms

Beeking reserves the right to modify the service and these terms with 14 days' notice.

12. Termination and Account Closure

Users can close their account in settings. Beeking may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services at our discretion, particularly for detected abuse, fraudulent activity, or legal violations.

13. Liability and Limitation of Liability

Beeking is not liable for synchronization errors or outdated product data.

The service is provided "as is" and Beeking does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Beeking is liable for GDPR violations resulting from its actions. Controller is responsible for decisions regarding processing purposes and methods.

14. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the courts in Warsaw.

15. Use of Data for Service Improvement

Beeking reserves the right to use data collected during service provision (such as search queries, usage statistics, product data) to improve search algorithms and enhance the product.

Data is used in anonymized or aggregated form and will not be shared with third parties in a way that allows identification of a specific store.

16. Use of Logo and References

Beeking reserves the right to use the logo, name, and basic information about stores using the service in marketing materials as references.

A store may submit objection in writing to kontakt@beeking.io. The objection will be processed within 14 business days.
